My new favorite kitchen tool

I was at a friend's house peeling strawberries when she pulled something similar out of her drawer. I peeled maybe 4 or 5 strawberries before I stopped ordering my own from Revain. This is my new favorite kitchen tool. We pick some strawberries in the summer and this is the easiest/quickest tool to get the job done. I haven't tried it with tomatoes yet, but that doesn't matter because it works great with strawberries.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Style 90

I never knew this thing existed and now I can't live without it

I first saw this little tool in a YouTube can video. I thought I had every canning tool possible, but I had never heard of this tomato corer. I bought it after the canning season and thought I'd keep it until next year. But since then I've found it to be the most essential tool in my kitchen. I use this little one every day to core fresh tomatoes and apples. Canning tomatoes just got a lot easier.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

This tool removes the stone from almost any fruit or vegetable. It's very sharp and very durable. You must be careful when cleaning as it has very sharp ends. It hasn't rusted and looks neat. It is ideal for cooking. I don't have to put in much effort and it pulls the stems out easily. I use it regularly for my tomatoes and strawberries. Also, it's small and easy to store, but if you have big hands, it will work for you too.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Functionality

A great tool for any kitchen!

This is an essential tool that every kitchen should have. I first used it many, many years ago when I was working at a fast food restaurant that cooked to order. Because I love tomatoes, we cut them up for salads and slice them for sandwiches all the time, so getting out of the car beforehand helps a lot. I bought one of these a few years ago and it recently went missing so when I realized it was gone I ordered a replacement. You are SO important.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Loads of firm pitted tomatoes

I don't know what killer tomatoes the reviewers are eating to destroy this little tomato pitter. Sure, it's not thick steel, but the stainless steel it's made of is strong enough to support a bunch of tomatoes. I've been using this little tool for about 3 years now. During that time I have pitted a few hundred tomatoes and the tool is the same as I bought it. Norpo Tomato Seed This inexpensive little tool has made cooking tomatoes quick and easy. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to cook

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Very expensive

Where have you been all my life?

After using a paring knife to pit 100 tomatoes to make sauce this summer, I realized there had to be a better way. This item is perfect! With a quick spoon, the whole core comes straight out. The corer is small enough to only remove the pit, not half of the tomato! It works great with strawberries too. The fact that it's red makes it easy to spot in my drawer with 20 other little kitchen gadgets! The only thing I need to keep an eye on is the garbage disposal. Since it is not very long, it is…

Pros
  • hands free
Cons
  • too stupid
