Ordered for my son. He has an apple orchard. This article has proven to be such an asset. He couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to use. Also used for peeling and slicing onions and potatoes. Worth every penny!

Super fast peeling/coring! What shocked me the most was how it stayed in place with just suction. I didn't have to use the C-Clip. Fastest I've ever made, a skillet with apple chips. I am very happy with this purchase.

Learned once. It only takes a few minutes. You won't believe how quickly your apple will be cored, peeled and sliced. You can also complete a task without completing all 3. It takes care of the worst part of making apple desserts in just a few minutes.

We use it to peel apples several times a week. Given how often we use them, I would expect them to wear out quicker. Although they seem to last for years. Norpro seems to be a little better performing and better quality than some of the other similar knives we've bought. We are very happy with this particular model.

Construction and accuracy is good for general household use but not for large quantities, bushels at a time. The body is on the short side, making it difficult to properly seat larger apples on it. Also, the white plastic camp continues to loosen after every bushel or so. It's easy to fix by squeezing it with pliers, but it's a bit annoying.

I tried to core, slice and peel 25 apples. I set the core/slicer and cleaner as instructed. No single was completely erased. I had to use a knife to peel each apple. I had no problems with my old Pampered Chef apple peeler. This one is useless. The only thing that worked was the suction function.

Buying a clip was the best idea to keep them secure on the countertop. The clamp was high enough for tall countertops. My last apple corer/peeler was made by the same company many years ago. This is an improvement over the first. I really wish they would have put it in a big box so the grip would fit without having to attach it every time it was used.

Haven't tried the screw mount base but the suction cup base works better than any suction cup base device I've seen, strong, light weight, sturdy and the rubber stays in place too sharp/deep rounded Shape so that it cuts LOW at the highest possible setting; less deep will result in missing/fine exfoliation lines.
