Norpro Stainless Steel 5 Inch Knives Review

After I put it to the test in my Home and Kitchen, I was extremely underwhelmed by this knife .The handle is uncomfortable to grip and the blade dulled quickly after only a few uses. It's a shame as the stainless steel looks nice, but the overall quality is lacking..

These knives are not particularly delicate. Well made and comfortable, but big and chunky. The meat keeps getting stuck on the jagged edges. A minor thing, I know, but annoying nonetheless. This doesn't happen with the old serrated bakelite steak knives (or should I say knives) that I bought to replace. As a bonus, they can be used as combat knives!
