I bought these to add to the set we already had. Although our family room is mainly occupied by the "baby cage", it can be easily converted. I call it a sanity saver because it allows me to work from home (obviously in the same room). We found this plastic playpen to be a great value, it did a good job of keeping baby in one area at a time. I bought this so my 1 year old wouldn't climb on kitchen chairs and then stand on them lol. That works great. Now my child is safe from climbing on unsafe objects. The gate is high enough that he cannot climb over it, even if he brings something to stand next to the gate it will still be too difficult to climb over.
