👟 Caldera Junior Hiking Boot - Northside Review

Bought these for my son when we first decided to take him on a hike. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on crazy hiking boots unless I was sure he'd like them. I got them, he wore them on hikes to break them in... No complaints, his feet stayed dry, he rode 4 miles like a pro. pulled it out. Another walk, 6 miles. Again the feet were dry, no complaints that the feet hurt or anything like that. Also, he looked very cool, like mom and dad 😎😝

My boy is tough with his gear. We go hiking and climbing every weekend, and the few "outdoor hiking boots” we bought from big stores will fall apart in just a few months, or even after a 5-10 mile weekend hike. Since we received these boots they have done several 8 mile hikes in rocky terrain, mud and streams. And they are still intact! They fit him perfectly, which meant no blisters, which meant no whining, which meant better outdoor times. Happy with the purchase.

Excellent durable hiking boots for the little ones. I bought my first pair when my daughter was 2 1/2 years old. I later bought this pair when she was 4.5 years old but they didn't last long due to their narrowness. I gave it 4 stars because I had to switch brands as it doesn't come in large widths. I suspect my daughter's feet have gotten wider because I couldn't put her feet in the shoes shortly after purchasing them and she complained that they hurt her feet. So if your kid has narrow feet…
