The other sandals look fine so it was most likely a defective stitch.

I bought these for my five year old grandson. They were cute, but the sole of one of the sandals fell off the second time he put it on. The other sandals look fine so it was most likely a defective stitch. Unfortunately I went to the online store to return them for a new pair but it says the sell by date has already passed.

Disappointed best in my rating

I was very disappointed with this sandal. He is very small and tough. Not very appealing either. I doubt my 3 year old granddaughter would wear it.

Easy on - Easy off: my review

For a 2-3 year old child, it's good that they can put them on and take them off by themselves. My only negative comment is that the sole is quite thick and my son tends to trip in it with his own feet. But at the same time they have excellent grip, making them safe/non-slip near the water.

They are in my donation box, they don't fit all of my feet and my son wouldn't wear them because they are so uncomfortable. There should be a larger piece of Velcro to accommodate baby's thick legs.

Your children will outgrow them long before they wear out!

These are great sandals! My daughter wore them for a year and a half. They never wore out, she just let them grow. She wore them almost every day for two summers. They held up great! They are very easy to put on and take off, so kids can do it by themselves.

The shoes would be ok if my size was right. .

The shoes would be ok if my size was right. The box said 11, the sole of the shoe said size 10 and the inside of the shoe said size 11 on one and size 9 on the other.

Great shoes for my 2 year old

Amazing water shoes for my 2 year old. Put him in and out of the pool or anything near the water and don't worry about damaging his shoes. Doesn't slip, great grip. It's a great amazing price, NIKE offers something similar for $30, it's pretty much the same.

daughter loves it

Got these for my daughter to wear to the beach, she loves them! Recommend it to anyone who asks! Also, my daughter has flat feet and this slightly arched support for her little feet!

great little shoe. good price

I will buy the next size up, I am so happy with these little water boots. traveled to Wyoming and Utah. They were great for hiking and river trips - they held up better than the sister's Nike version.

Sturdy shoes are the best in my rating

Well constructed. This shoe is easy for my almost five year old grandson. It is also easy for G-ma and G-pa to dress the grandson. I would recommend this shoe.

I thought the velcro top would make them a good option for my son's small fat feet, but they didn't work for two reasons. 1: The top looks like it should be adjustable, but if you don't pull it all the way (which we can't do with my son's legs, which are thick, but I don't think they're crazy), the extra Velcro strip rubs the upper feet. 2: The top closure is too easy and tempting for the baby to open. When we tried them on my daughter who has slimmer legs there was no way I could wear them on…

Son didn't like it

I put one of the shoes on my son and he moved his foot back and forth and around and then said "NO". I think he doesn't like the velcro at the top of the shoe. The upper Velcro on the inside of the boot is very long. When I attached the boot to my son's regular width foot, there was still a lot of Velcro inside. Maybe he didn't like the feel of that Velcro on his foot. If your child has a very skinny leg, this might be ok.
