Heavy boots

I bought these long before they could fit my son. Most likely he will wear them this winter. He says they're comfortable on the toes, I don't know how warm they are, but they seem to be more insulating than regular kids' snow boots. They are definitely difficult. He will train his legs by walking in the snow.

Pros
  • Shaft about mid-calf from arch of foot
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Warm and waterproof

My 4 year old has a lot more fun in the slush with these hot boots. The comfortable interior went well with regular socks, so he didn't need very thick socks to be comfortable. These boots are large and fairly sturdy, so don't expect ankle mobility. It took a little practice to get comfortable, but they were snug enough for a long game. By spring he will be driving many kilometers in these boots!

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • No gun
