NORTY 5-Toe Water Shoes for Little Kids and Toddlers - Boys and Girls Review

Bought these for my 6 year old daughter for summer camp - they go to the beach every day. As a result, my son stepped on a sharp rock and severely cut his leg! These water slippers are soft, flexible, comfortable, easy to put on and don't smell too much on your feet. My daughter loves them and enjoys wearing them, enough said right! Laugh out loud. Happy to report there were no cuts from sharp stones after wearing.

I have bought a size 2 for my daughter in the past and could not fit her foot. The heel just didn't fit over her heel no matter how hard I arched my back. I recently bought a size 3 and figured I'd just wear bigger shoes. same problem! There is plenty of room in the shoe, but the hole you put your foot in is too small so you can't pull the heel counter over your heel. This has to be one of the worst designed products I have ever bought.

I gave this 5 stars because of the very good construction of this shoe. The problem wasn't the shoe, it was my grandson's rather thick foot. He loved them and felt like a big boy in them. He'll wear them more than beachwear because they're comfortable and he hasn't actually taken them off - never heard of them. I really like this shoe so I just removed the stitching that tightened the toe box and altered it to fit his foot.

Did the job for our 5 year old St. Lake Powell but these things take a lot of work to put on. A small hole that does not stretch well made it difficult to put on. One ride and it's ready for you.

Nice shoes but terrible quality control. I unpacked mine for my son and the heel mesh was torn. Still wearable but probably won't last too long.

We just got them for my son, they seem firm, the bottom is firm, not at all fragile and not flimsy, I don't like their double stitching when trying them on, they're a bit of work to get behind the Hole to put your foot down is the space you have without losing more, but other than that we're good to go.

shoes are good. I love how they adjust with a switch around the ankle. We originally ordered Velcro and had to return them as they didn't fit. I ordered a pair for each of my little ones. They both come in sizes 6-7 and 7-8 so I ordered 7 and 8. They suit you well.

My son really liked the water shoes. The only thing I had an issue with was that they are a little tight but there is enough room near the toes.

They're tight, but not tight. When I put them on my son (5 years) for the first time, they were a bit tight. but since then he has been able to put them on himself. They are so cute and true to size.

Fits as expected, cute style. Great for toddlers. Easy to put on and take off even when wet, but not so easy that children can take them off by themselves. Prevents slipping on wet floors. loved it

I wish there was a width option. My son lost his shoe in the river because the velcro couldn't fit together. His legs were the size of a man and didn't stay closed for more than 3 minutes.

Size 2 boys are too tight and short for my 6 year old. Mostly too tight as that was all he could do to get them on his feet :( Apart from the fit they are ok :)

I bought them in May, I used them until July, the velcro doesn't hold and the water shoes came out inside, now there are none inside, I was very upset

Very poor quality, wear and tear in some places due to the fit. Holes in tops after wearing them twice in the pool. I do not recommend this product.

Poorly sewn. The Velcro that secures the shoes is sewn to different parts of the two shoes. None of these are sewn close enough to the edge to be attached with Velcro. They stay open with my 3 year old

My son is very happy with his new water shoes! They are comfortable for him and he doesn't always pull on them or try to put them back on.

At first glance it appeared to be a quality product. The soles burst and ripped before the end of summer (2 months witchcraft) I had to throw them away. Buy one size up if you want to try.

today i got these water socks from amazon. I bought these because my daughter had previously gotten a pair from a different company and style and they didn't last long, they snapped her toes shortly after purchase. Can't comment on durability yet, but will update if they don't last long. Also, she wears size 1 shoes and these 2 sizes work great.

Followed the size grid but too small. My son is 9 years old and wears size 4 tennis shoes but due to the size we ordered a size 3. The foot hole is very small, even if he could fully insert his foot, the length would be too short. We went back and ordered a different style which fit perfectly.

Everything is fine, the Velcro is unfastened in the water and the shoes are removed. This happens all too often no matter how high you tighten the strap around your foot. I would not recommend this design. After a while it becomes a pain.
