I like that this tool is simple to use, yet provides many features for users of all skill levels. The customer service can be hit or miss, but we've had very good experiences with them. I like that it allows me to keep track of everything we do, as well as everything our team accomplishes throughout the week. The only thing is that there are so many different ways you can set up your tasks that sometimes they don’t make sense or get lost in translation. You also need an account for each person working with this software which gets expensive if you have alot of people to add. It is easy to use, it's very intuitive with all of its features (and there are many!). You can create different projects/tasks easily in one page without any hassle! The best part about this tool was that you could manage your tasks from anywhere at anytime via mobile apps or desktop platforms!!
