Works well but the type of light affects flash speed. Choose solid-state lamps when you need stable flash for LED and incandescent lamps.

This looks like a VERY well made device. The clicks are really nice. Made in the USA. I would recommend it to a friend. Ideal for older cars with 1 gauge on the dash.

I was looking for a loud turn signal to hear better in my old car. It's supposed to be louder than the original, but it's actually just a little louder. It works but not for my purpose.

Bought to replace the original on a 1966 Porsche. Works great and stable, unlike the intermittent blinking I had from the original. I've been using it for over three years with no problems.

This is a great little device. It works on positive or negative ground vehicles as it is an electromechanical design and not a solid state like most turn signals these days. Basically it works like a relay. The sound is also right - a real click when the indicator is triggered.

I've tried a few 3 pin turn signals that cost between $5 and $12. It used to be thought that everything would work, but today, with the use of more modern electronic components, they are mostly sensitive to the car's polarity. Still made the old fashioned way, the flasher works for your positive dirt machine.

The device I received is defective. The indicator light does not blink, although it did for about 30 seconds after installation. Signals flash normally, but the light on the Tidy does not flash. My old flasher flashed everything correctly, but sometimes it didn't work at all. So I'm pretty sure the check engine light isn't the culprit. Unfortunately there are several other options so I will have to order another one hoping it works properly. I think I waited too long to try this to get a refund

I bought this to replace the 550F relay I have in an older car, the 550F had a lot of little issues which I thought were part of the wiring car were. But I figured there wouldn't hurt to try this instead, knowing the inconsistent blinking I was getting was a 550F error. When it arrived it connected straight away with no fuss. worked out of the box with no problems. It has stable flash circuitry and provides enough current to turn on all the lights (which was an issue I had with the 550F)…
