Fits 2000 Ford Ranger; cures Hyperflash

Used this on a 2000 Ford Ranger after changing the turn signals to LEDs and experiencing Hyperflash. It is located on the driver's side under the dash next to the steering column but at the back towards the front of the dash. In my case, the old one was a yellow hope that will help someone. One more thing, this model only has one turn signal, so you only have to replace it. One more thing, my old turn signal had a sixth pin in a corner of the old turn signal, but a five pin version like thisโ€ฆ

Perfect fit for my 2008 F150

I changed the taillights to LED and got hit with a hyper flash issue (sounds like an AC/DC song). My first impulse was to get out the resistors and solder them on, one for each tail light and I wasn't expecting to do this for the front turn signals when they were replaced. I was reading reviews of various resistors and came across one that said this whole problem could be solved by simply replacing the turn signal! I found this one and read a review by The Otter showing how to replace the turnโ€ฆ

Fixed my stuck turn signal

My daily driver is an 04 Mustang with over 200,000 miles so I've had to replace quite a few working parts over the last few years. My turn signals started acting weird a while ago, sometimes they flashed, most of the time they just stayed constant, sometimes they started flashing and then just stayed on so I had to manually toggle the switch on and off to keep people on inform I was just about to dodge. I read this thread and realized that it could be the flasher module under the dash, but Iโ€ฆ
