I love these glasses. It's cute, light, comfortable and stylish. They definitely block blue light. I ran a blue light blocking experiment using the included small blue light test and cardboard test sheet. The light through the lens of these glasses was directed at the cardboard and the cardboard did not change color, it only darkened in the part where the light did not pass through the lens.
