Tasty tasty! ๐Ÿ˜‹ On the label, the word 'keto' should be more prominent than the word 'protein'!

I am fairly keto and this NOW Sports Nutrition MCT Powder Chocolate Mocha feels and tastes like a treat! The moment I received it, I opened it up, stirred it straight into cold almond milk and...yum! Then, on an unseasonably cold August evening reminiscent of November, I warmed up the almond milk, poured the powder over it and enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate mocha! ๐Ÿ˜‹ There are a few things I'd like to see since this product only has 2 grams of whey protein per 1.5 tablespoon servingโ€ฆ

So delicious and healthy

Protein blends are widely available and very popular among healthy people who want to avoid sugar and still have a delicious smoothie to fill their stomach. I think MCT powder is next. Protein is good, but you can overdo it. Whenever I have too much protein as a percentage of my macros, I switch to protein metabolism (with the accompanying ammonia sweat). It's pretty cool to say you sanitize sweat, but it's definitely not the most useful tool. MCT powder is a great alternative because itโ€ฆ

Goes well with coffee

I wanted to add something to my morning coffee that would help me get through the meal. I often only drink coffee in the morning and eat around 11 a.m. As such, I was most interested in this product as a keto product rather than a very low protein product. This MCT powder mixes well and incorporates into my coffee with a small battery-powered whisk. Has pretty good taste. I'm taking off 1 star because it contains something that tastes slightly bitter on the back of my tongue. I don't usuallyโ€ฆ
