worked great for my TV

I bought a TV on Facebook and it didn't have a remote control. went to Best Buy to get a remote for it and they wanted about $30. GO IT! Found this and ordered it the same day, put some batteries in it and it worked right away.

Wrong article suitable for remote controls

The remote control received was NOT shown in the picture. The remote that I received had a large, standard "REMOTE" sticker that featured the Insignia logo and the model number of the remote. When I removed it, I noticed that it's not the same. Luckily it still works for my TV. They're just unhappy they received the wrong product and covered it up.

Full TV functionality without getting up!

Works great! I made the mistake of trying two different universal remotes with my Insignia, but neither worked 100% correctly. I could turn the TV on and off, change channels, and adjust the volume. But when I wanted to switch from my cable to my Xbox, none of the universal remotes worked! So I have the full functionality of the TV without getting up. And that's what I expect from a remote control.

Instead I got NC-RC03A-13. The difference is there.

I have NC-RC03A-13 instead. The difference is that the remote I received has an "Exit" button while the product image shows a "Manual" button. I couldn't figure out how to access the program guide. When I contacted the seller, they only replied that the model they sent me was an "updated" version. (Also, Revain is cheaper.) Well, thanks I think. I sent it back for a refund.

Works great with my NS-22E730A12.

I've been using the remote for a month now with no problems. It worked instantly; no programming required. There was a slight lag between the TV and the remote initially, but after a few days of use the lag went away. Strangely, my remote came with a sticker ("RC-017") showing the make and model of the Insignia. number (I have attached photos). I don't understand why this happened, but it doesn't lower my score; the remote works perfectly.

I threw away the universal one and went for the one that was MADE for my TV!

I always seem to lose something. And by "I" I mean my children. And by "lost" I mean discarded or otherwise hidden and/or rendered unusable. Serious. My children must become spies. They are secretive, sneaky and have access to more secret places than the CIA. My toddlers would take things and hide them so well I could tear the whole house apart and still not find their hiding spots. And I say "hidden" because they will inevitably result in said object randomly reappearing hours, days, months…
