    A simple and easy to install tear-off system for your TOAD

    This is my second setup, I will make my own tracker later as well. This system does not require an auxiliary braking system, although we use it with the NSA ReadyBrake system on both vehicles. Installation is easy, but it's difficult to run wires in some modern cars. My Chevy Colorado took special gymnastics that this old body hadn't done in a long time to get it through the firewall. In the future we will use this system on all our vehicles!

    good product - electronics

    works well. If someone in the parking lot pulls the cord far enough from the front of the car, you'll have to unclip the cord to get home. DO NOT loosen the nut where the cable enters the red brake. There's a button that's hard to see, when pushed the cable moves freely in either direction. If you unscrew the nut like I did, the manufacturer told me they use lock nut slime from the tube to keep the nut from loosening, so I have to do the same. Follow their instructions and you should be fine…

    Amazing Piece of Mind

    Took about two hours to install. Instructions were clear plus there are several YouTube videos to install this brake. Installed it on a JEEP Wrangler. Mounted the ratchet on the base plate as another reviewer did. Perfect position to facilitate cable routing. The hardest part was routing the cable around the brake pedal and the cable clamp to attach as it is difficult to reach.As many have said in my reviews I hope I never have to but it's great to know that the car isn't going to run over…
