Description of NTN Bearing 6204LU Contact Clearance

Deep groove geometry for high speeds. Single row for supporting radial loads. Steel cage evenly spaces balls for reduced friction, vibration and noise. Rubber seal on the side of the bearing exposed to contaminants and open on the other for applying lubricant. CN (normal) radial internal clearance for applications that do not involve thermal expansion or atypical precision.

Durable and Efficient Bearing!

This bearing is an excellent choice for Industrial and Scientific applications. It is very sturdy and can withstand harsh working conditions. The contact clearance is perfect and it runs very smoothly, allowing for maximum efficiency. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to some other bearings, but the longevity makes it a worthwhile investment..

Open bearing noisy

I wanted to press the bearing into the hub and brought it to my ear. It feels like the bearing is squeaking even before I put it in the clutch. Cheap and poorly made. Not worth the price.
