Works well for less than a year.

We did our research thoroughly and found everything we were looking for in this product; Unfortunately in less than a year it started leaking to the point where we had to put a bucket in to prevent flooding under our sink! I contacted and waited two weeks. I sent a second request to support and eventually got a response from support and they were sympathetic; I'm curious how far they will support their product. Good affordable system with decent instructions

Although the manufacturer calls it 7-speed, other similar systems call it 11-speed. This is because one of the filters has 5 steps/passes. Actually a pretty nice bonus. Video instructions are very helpful, assembly took 30-45 minutes. One problem is that neither the video nor the paper instructions say to seal or wrap the 2 quick connect corner connectors on the reverse osmosis membrane body itself. POOR LIGHT SWITCH & NO SUPPORT

UV lamp on/off switch stopped working after about 2 months. I didn't realize the switch was stuck in the on position, but I did notice the water came out hot. After a while it stopped heating. I thought maybe everything is ok now. I had no idea the lightbulb had burned out because it was always on. Replaced bulb but won't go out. Really bad power button didn't work all the time.
