Great pacifier. My baby started teething at 8-10 weeks and this teether was too big. A fabulous first tooth comes out at 3 months. My baby LOVES this teether, she can't hold it yet but I will keep it on for over 20 minutes. Now teething gel is a total waste. I gave it to her and nothing happened. No tears, nothing.
