This came without a seal or cap and the bottle is half empty. It looks like it has been used before. I will most likely have to throw it away. Seems to be trying harder to come back. I am disappointed with the quality controls that allowed me to get a used product.

Let me start by saying that I do NOT have sensitive skin. I use retinol and BHA daily and do a 30% milk scrub weekly. My skin is pretty hard! Before purchasing this product, I read the ingredients list. I usually try to avoid products with fragrances as they are totally unnecessary in skincare products, although I understand some people like them.
