Soft-Bite Infant Spoons | First Essentials by NUK Review

They meet the basic needs of first food, so I give them 3 stars. The rubber ripped one of these right out of the box so I had to throw it away. Also, the rubber is on top of the metal, so claiming it has a soft tip is a bit misleading. The kid couldn't safely bite him, which I think is implied.

These spoons are great! So far they have held up in the dishwasher. There is one spoon where the rubber seems to rise, but not so much that I have yet to replace it. I gave 4 stars because one of the packages was damaged. Fortunately, the spoons themselves were not damaged.

This is great! Ordered these because my daughter has feeding problems and couldn't use other baby spoons well. Tried these and they did fantastic with them. Smaller, softer and more comfortable. So if you have a special needs child (particularly low muscle tone) like me and are having trouble feeding, I recommend buying these. Still using at 17 months (if it helps anyone)

I love these spoons! Perfect size for babies with small mouths. These and the Munchkin safety spoons are the only spoons I use with my 6 month old daughter and the only spoons we have used since she started eating solid food at 4 months. I prefer Munchkin safety spoons a little more because they whiten when the food is too hot. I personally know that overheating baby food is more common than I thought. I love love love these spoons! So much so that I came here to write this review! This is exactly what I was looking for as the first spoon to puree my 4.5 month old baby. They remind me of the ones I grew accustomed to as a child. They are very durable. When I first got them I put them in the dishwasher on a cutlery rack and set the sanitizer setting to very hot and they held up great.
