Nice price, good quality.

I use it to re-record gramophone records and LPs. But I do not use the software that comes with the kit, but found on the network. At the same time, I found that when recording when connected to a computer via USB, there are no basses in the recording, and the recording is monophonic two-channel. Whether it was like this from the moment of purchase or after a while the ADC refused, I don’t remember. I solved the problem simply by connecting the player with a headphone output to the line input…

Pros
  • The simplicity of the device, low weight, the ability to buy needles for 33 and 78 turns.
Cons
  • - lack of autostop; - low-power drive (when wiping the record with a brush, you have to turn on 78 revolutions, otherwise the disc may stop); - plastic disc - the metal axis of the disk does not rotate (this disk rotates around a fixed axis), so you have to carefully monitor the position of the plate with a worn hole (gramophone, for example); - the electrophone panel, unlike, for example, from Soviet players, is fixed rigidly in the case, without damping on the springs; - there is nowhere to put the power supply (it is external), except perhaps only in its cardboard box.

Cheap design = not very wearable.

This is absolutely not for sale. I ended up donating it to charity after throwing away the top because the cheap and poorly designed locking mechanism didn't work rendering it unusable. This shitty piece of plastic is too expensive. Honestly, this purchase reinforced my belief that Numark sells nothing but poorly designed junk. It's a shame.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

False advertising, a lot missing

I received my package and it was tampered with. I didn't receive everything that was in the box. There is no card to load software, no user manual, no safety book, just a player in the box. I'm disappointed that I had to spend extra money for a power adapter if he doesn't contact me honestly about this.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

I have a Vestax Handytrax so I already had an external crossfader installed with an Innofader so I didn't want to buy a scratch version of it with that stupid switch that would have to be modified for decent cutting. I upgraded the igloo and have my own external crossfader and it's amazing and looks pretty snazzy. I had no idea how small it really is! I also like the handle. This is a great little laptop for all the portable lovers out there.

  • Several competitors

Portable Scratch Player

Okay, that's the most important thing about this player. If you're a turntable, get it. All it needs is a disc mod to make it stable and a 3g weight on the needle. Other people use nickel. I put coins under my plate with tape and it's a really good scratch player for practice. For others who want good sound quality, don't expect it from this one. It's just for digging up records at a record store. That's all. Otherwise a good DJ turntable with some modifications that void the warranty! Do it at

  • Easy Installation
Cons

PT01-USB is simply indispensable for beatmakers and producers!

I use this player in my recording studio to sample vinyl. My studio is quite large and I had a hard time testing some of my machines that are on the other side of the studio so I bought this as a second player, my first player was a Numark TTUSB. I keep this one on the opposite side of the lab and can easily move it around if needed. Being able to play at 78 is priceless as most players these days don't support that speed. Also, I have to say that the playback/sound quality is as good if not…

Pros
  • Good Stuff
Cons
  • Available in white only

Nothing fancy and it's really fun. I connected it to my little one.

I received it today and enjoy it! So many others have reviewed it, but here's how I use it. It's June and we've been sitting outside a lot. I have many ways to listen to music, but I wanted to play my records. They get lonely in summer :) Numark lets me do that. Nothing fancy and it's really fun. I hooked it up to my small Satechi powered speaker and it sounds great! Now I'm listening to The Fifth Dimension, The Age of Aquarius. I bet a lot of people listened to this album on a portable player…

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Great product for its INTENDED purpose!

Okay let's get straight to the point, is this a fantastic sounding turntable? NO! Then why 5 stars? Because it is almost PERFECT for its INTENDED purpose! If you want awesome sound you don't need a turntable that costs less than $100 heck just the right cartridge works more than three times as well! The specs are, as expected, unsurprising: belt drive, plastic tonearm, plastic body, everything is actually plastic except for the brushed aluminum faceplate, which said it wouldn't fall off like…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
