Great nailer - first time and it was easy.

My husband and I decided to install new hardwood throughout the house, so I have been using this nailer for a month and it has worked great. No problem. Easy to use and I was surprised other nailers cost at least $100 more.

Pros
  • Compatible with 18 gauge L battens from 1-1/4" to 1-3/4"
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Good as a popular brand but half the price

This is a really good nailer. I installed 1,000 square feet of petrified bamboo that T&G nailed. I really like this nailer, easy to use and reliable. With every nailer you have to adjust the air pressure to the nails and floor coverings used. I had three boards in the whole job when I thought the nailer was level and drove the nail right into the board and not the tongue; my fault, not the nailer's. Just know that it can happen! In general I recommend.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design with two handles for kneeling or standing work
Cons
  • Very expensive

Amazing for the price. a suggestion for users

So far the thing has been reliable. I use it to install 9/16 solid oak wood. It feels like the instrument is well made. I had one stuck, but it was my fault when my compressor pressure dropped. I worked the gun at 50psi on the tool line. ONE SUGGESTION: I've found that by installing a swivel adapter you can bring the walls closer, allowing you to remove an extra row or two that you may need to nail. The standard direct air line nozzle can prevent the device from approaching when you connect it…

Pros
  • Especially for laying parquet with tongue and groove from 3/8" to 3/4"
Cons
  • Something else
