Lucky Strike!: Desktop Burner

Bought by accident, now glad I did. Works great, well made, simple and easy to clean. Cooks everything I need on very low power and heats up faster than my stovetop. I think I will try more of their products after hearing from them. Ten product pages on Revain.

Control went out in a puff of smoke

Connected, worked about 1 minute. Then the display went blank and we couldn't control the temperature and we couldn't turn it off. Then it started smoking from the digital control area. Had to turn it off to disable uncontrolled heating. When reconnected, the display no longer turned on. Sent back for a refund.

No customer service

I wanted to use this product but couldn't get it to work. There were no instructions on how to fix my problem and when I went to the manufacturer's website it stopped working. Therefore, there is no customer service or technical support. I have to return the item. After all, customer service is the greatest hallmark of a good company, alongside the quality of the product. PyleUSA is not a good company to work with.

Slim and powerful

Pros: Stylish design, easy to clean. Easy to control. The fan design makes me feel more secure, but others have said these are extra parts that could easily fail in the future. This remains to be seen. Fast delivery. CSR seems to have a close relationship with customers. Cons: Startup performance seems a bit slow. 1200 W seems a bit small when you are dealing with a large pot. Unknown: longevity. We'll be testing this device as we'll be relying on it as our main cookware for a while.

Need more time - small appliances

I used to use a portable electric stove to cook everyday but when I see that this product looks better than mine so I try to buy two after my order comes in I will I try to use and the heat is not fast enough, unlike what I have, it also takes more time to use this Nutri Chef electric oven, because when we have to turn it off after the end of use, we have to we wait about a few minutes to turn off before entering the oven fan, and you need to wait for the fan to stop. OK but not good for small devices

Good burner for the price but has a few annoying things not mentioned in the description which I will mention here. Firstly, it's very slick and the touchpad works well and is extremely easy to clean as it's a flat glass surface, but when you're using it outdoors the display is very difficult to see. But the most annoying part is the tem setting on this one. They should mention in the description that there are 8 preset temperatures and that might be enough for this type of oven, but you burn a
