God, weaklings, arise!

For over a year I have been powdering the size of horse tranquilizer pills into a gram, mixing it with almond milk and swallowing it. never mind Yes, if I stop and really think about the taste, it's gross, but so what? It's less than a second. No aftertaste for me. If I had I would chew mint gum, no big deal. This powder is great. A quarter teaspoon equals one gram of LA. Same routine as before but no more rubbing in the pills. Excellent! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! UPDATE September 21st: OK, OK, Iโ€ฆ

Figured out how to drink it without throwing up

OK. I tried mixing it with my pre-workout drink. Tasted awful. I tried mixing it with a protein drink after a workout. turned a delicious drink into a terrible mess. Tried mixing with pineapple juice. the pineapple juice turned dark brown and tasted awful. Let's face it, L-arginine tastes awful! But I finally found a way to mix it up so I could drink it with almost no bad taste. And that with sour cherry juice. The astringency of cherry juice almost completely masks the taste, so you can drinkโ€ฆ

L-arginine powder.

This product is one of the best of its kind. 1 or 2 scoops are enough to give you a pre-workout boost. You'll feel the tension in the muscles that you'll feel when the real pump comes. You should mix it with a citrus scent and it will be easier. I tried this because I wanted to get off the pills and it really helps. I also have L-Carnitine that I mix with L-Arginine and they work very well. to me. Note: Together they may upset your stomach a little, especially if you take it at 5 a.m., but youโ€ฆ
