I am a big fan of Nutricost products. They truly offer the best bang for your buck compared to pre-workouts on the market. No junk mixes, just real ingredients with the right dosage to get results. I bought this product because I don't like caffeine. Because of this, you don't "feel" this product working, and the beta-alanine dosage isn't high enough to really feel the jitters associated with some pre-workouts.
