When we first used the mop it fell apart in the bucket. I think it was broken. Please see photo. The silver part holding the sponge wasn't clamped tight enough. Don't know how to get it back? Help.

I ordered a set of 2. One of them worked great. The second one however, when I put it on the mop, it fell apart immediately. The wiper's sponge head was not secured in the metal bracket that holds the wiper in place. Apparently one was a manufacturer error. I was disappointed but ordered a different set. I'll leave five stars until I'm sure it's not a big quality issue.

I have ordered these replacement mop heads twice. When first used, part of the mop slips out of the round metal holder. you can't fix it Returned the first order and sent a replacement. Once again the mop head popped out on first use. Waiting for defective refills, not cleaning the floor, not to mention the time it takes to pack and return. I would look elsewhere for mop heads.

This item fell apart on first use and became unusable. My wife used to buy a set of these and each fell apart after a few uses too. I figured it was a fluke so I ordered this new set and used it. I washed the floor once and when I squeezed out the water (about the tenth time) the sponge came off as you can see in the photo. Well today I wanted to mop the floor. Unfortunately, this filler is not suitable for a mop. It is too far from the curved L-shaped "head" of the wiper [which sits between the two roller bars] which should "catch" the new replacement sponge. Insert the Flippin mop head into the head. And yes, I rotated the handle so that the metal rod was extended as far as possible. !@#$%^&*+!

The first replacement element only endured two wiping cycles. When wringing out the mop nozzle, the sponge fell out of the metal part that holds the sponge in place. The second replacement sponge popped out of a piece of metal at the start of my mopping session today! I only wrung it out four times, so I didn't even finish mopping the laundry floor. It is not possible to put the squarepants back on the metal part. Don't waste your money on these fillers! Complete garbage.

Terrible replacement. The original mop head lasted a very long time. Eventually I installed the replacement and it only took about 3 minutes before it fell apart. I then replaced it with a second spare and after about 5 minutes #2 fell apart again. Had to rework on hands and knees with a broken mop sponge. If this happens to just one of the mop heads I would agree with the seller if in doubt. But the fact that both replacement parts fall apart within 10 minutes is just ridiculous. Extremely…
