Pros
- Fast simple reliable software solution providing complete monitoring solutions including printing activity both directly via computer screen plus reporting by user / employee; e mail notification capability etc.all integrated into one package without confusion..and more than enough options included within each section..even though basic is good too : )
Cons
- There really isn't anything negative worth mentioning except perhaps maybe not having access easily during work hours outside normal working days
