Brush able, non-separating formula. Forms a very tough, yet flexible seal. Ideal for a variety of materials. Sets up quickly and dries to form a very tough, yet flexible seal. Will not harden, crack, crumble or shrink. All-purpose, tough, pliable, non-petroleum based seal.

Great stuff - seam seal

I'm a pipe fitter and I can tell you I only pull it out when absolutely necessary and it works like a charm. It can be messy but more runny than a regular drug once you get used to it.
