They are best used for small jewelry pieces that allow you to attach homemade pendants, charms or earrings to chains, hoops, etc. that don't already have a way to attach them to anything. The screws come packaged in a tiny case, but be careful opening them as some of them tend to fall out and you don't want to lose a few tiny bits!
