Good quality item, looks like OEM.

Tossed this in my 2003 Jeep TJ when I changed the resistor and it's like a brand new air conditioner! Seems almost identical to my OEM part if that matters to you.

The tabs holding the fan break very easily.

The plastic clips holding the fan break off. Stayed eight months. I may have damaged them during installation, but they shouldn't be that fragile. If you buy this fan, be extremely careful with the plastic tabs.

Don't waste your money or time.

Plug does not snap into plug. Poor quality as the first one I bought had a broken tongue making it impossible to install or remove later. Also, this unit was louder than the OEM. Not worth the lower price.

2006 Jeep TJ HVAC Fan Motor

Fan motor installed correctly. Slightly different wheel center design - open grooves around the hub. The fan works perfectly. I had an issue on the first run with no response at any speed. The only finding was that the power plug was not fully inserted into the fan socket. It's like 2 clicks. Insert it fully. I also ordered a standard RU352 speed resistor. Good thing the old motor blew the resistor when I tested it. The Standard brand is an exact replacement for the OEM resistor.

Connector in different configuration

Purchased for '06 Jeep Liberty. The power connector on this unit is horizontal as opposed to the vertical configuration on the OEM unit. There's nothing wrong with that, but it rests against the inner sheet metal during assembly. The locking tab was also a problem. The tab broke during installation. The plastic at this point is clearly very weak. The device fit right into place and required no modifications. The fan wheel is balanced, powerful and quiet. An acceptable replacement for the money…
