Broke in less than a week

My kid came back from school saying it was broken in his hands when he was Bike wanted to release. At first it seemed strong, but it wasn't.

  • This bike lock connects to multiple locks so you can use it in a variety of scenarios

DO NOT buy this lock!

This lock was not opened by this combination or any other combination after setting the combination. Eventually, with a slight push, the locking mechanism broke and the bike popped out.

Absolutely useless.

Unfortunately, there is no way to rate this product with 0 stars. The product looked exactly like the picture and would have been perfect had the instructions been written in clear correct English. I followed the instructions exactly and the device is locked, but not with the combination I chose. I don't know how to open it now. I wish it would work but now I think it's going back to the drawing board. I sent it back as defective. Revain didn't even ask for a refund. =
