I'm 5'4" and 215 pounds. I ordered the XL and probably should have gotten the L. The XL offers some support but the slimming effect is minimal. They are easy to slip on and off over my head, while anyone who has done well has had to step on a t-shirt and slip it on.

Compression price has skyrocketed, these 3 packs were cheap, fit perfectly and the support is top notch. I wore one to a 2.5 hour martial arts class today and didn't feel anxious at all. No slipping or rubbing anywhere. That will be my choice too, folks. Good work👍🏻

200 pounds 6 feet extra skin because I've lost a lot of weight. These are tight. Much tighter than other compression tanks. However, the seams are very rough and don't like the "pocket" look. My skin was very itchy and I felt like I needed a tank top to feel comfortable. Back to another brand.

These form-fitting tank tops are a complete fake. The sizes are too small. Almost impossible to put on and definitely impossible to take off. A very dangerous product, especially for overweight people. Overall, this product does not live up to expectations. I throw mine in the trash as not worth returning.

I have both a full t shirt and sleeveless vest as pictured. They are very comfortable and really help me with stiffness and back pain. The t-shirt style fits a lot slimmer or tighter as I prefer. If you buy this to flatten your tummy, to cover up your tummy, choose a full t-shirt style.

If you have bought this product before, you will understand what I mean. It's as stretchy as a nylon stocking that just hugs you. The last time I bought them they were so thick that it was difficult to get them in and out. They had more grip and they worked. These are just cool racquets for women. overpriced. Slim. I feel a little cheated.

Does not contain artificial muscles. Not sure if that was correct in the item description, but you know it has pretty much the same effect as a one size smaller tank top. Keeps my chest ok along with my divine nipples, doesn't really do much for the waist front or back but not bad. Otherwise very breathable and comfortable **UPDATE** This material will keep you fresh and cool. Gotta enjoy the weather getting warmer!
