Disappointing.

I use this style of bag quite often but will not buy from this company again. These keep falling apart. You have to keep removing and replacing. Disappointing.

The bags tear at the seam

These bags tear at the seam all the time. I can't tell you how many bath bombs I've had to repackage because when I go to shipping I see the plastic has a huge hole in it. Not to mention that the ruptures have caused some of the bath bombs to have huge cracks right where they burst.

I'd rather pay more and get better quality

For the first order I had to wait in vain and argue with customer service for a long time to get a refund which I'm still waiting for. In the meantime, I had a product that I couldn't pack and let my customers collect, so I had to give discounts to keep them happy. When I finally received the packages, the humidity had destroyed my work. Poor quality bags, torn when shrinking with low-power heat gun, and often it takes 3 times to pack the goods without holes.
