Does the job. Part of the clip could have been done a little better in my opinion. The wire seems a bit cheap to me, that's just my opinion. The light is not very bright, so the light can be difficult to see in daylight. Would I buy again? Um, to decide. It does its job and still works, I guess we'll see how long it lasts in my tool bag.

There are many similar test lamps available, this is a very strong high quality flexible cable, the thin tip at the end is the right size for testing fuses with a 2mm hole. I can only recommend this circuit tester. I have previously purchased a similar item at a lower price. The cables broke after a few uses in a confined space. This unit is excellent and I think it will last for many years.

This is my second purchase of this item so I could have it for work and home. Good quality for the price. The clip holds perfectly, the light is visible in all conditions. I haven't had any issues with the drawstring as others have noted, both of my are returning quite normally. Both purchases provided a good shopping experience and arrived on time in great condition. The lamp shown in the picture is the OTC 2633 lamp I want. This 25888 is similar, but it's longer and the small LED in the tube is dimmer. I thought it was the same as 2633 but when I got it I found it wasn't. The problem with ordering otC 2633 is that you have to buy at least 10 bulbs. So since I only saw 2 bulbs in the photo I figured they might work. Not so.

When I checked the fuses in my fuse box with the test lamp, it did not light up at first. I tested it on the battery and it fired. Knowing none of my types had blown, I swapped out the main wire and it worked until I switched to a new fuse. He was hit or missed whether he was working or not. I spent more time checking lighting capability than checking fuses. I will not buy again.

This OEMTools test light replaced my Pittsburgh for DIY car repairs etc. I use it for many things from car repairs, car stereos, computers and more. What I like best is the red light and the handy size. I only substituted Pittsburgh because of its size. The Pittsburgh is still with me, but in my trailer in case the fuses blow. I am happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again. I particularly like that a spare bulb is included.

Does what it's supposed to and I would rate it 5 stars except the twisted wire pulls out of shape right away and doesn't come close to returning to its original shape. I wonder why I would bother with coiled wire at all - it would be more functional and have more reach if it were uncoiled, retains its "tortuosity" and doesn't want to twist and tangle once you use the wire after stretching solve. makes it difficult to use.

LED works great to dim the light needs to be changed to something brighter, I have replaced the LED with a LED dome light which is not 10x better I also attached fuse puller along line, just for easy access to pull fuses if blown. Note the fact that the tip is spring loaded so I can just push down to check and push forward to check the wires.
