arrived on time. Assembly took about an hour. However, a crack in the seat was found afterwards. I've emailed the manufacturer, let's see what happens. The chair is fine.

Just received today. Looks very good. It feels more expensive than it actually is - It's comfortable - It's very easy to assemble - I bought 4 pieces and had a very small problem with one of the screws that should be fixed. .I am a satisfied customer.

No problems assembling the chair except the holes you put the screws in do not line up and I had to have someone else hold it while I screwed it in place. Assembly time was around 45 minutes but would probably be less if you could assemble it yourself. Otherwise it's a good solid chair for the price I paid.

Bought this chair as a Christmas present for my husband (after he stole his computer chair!) Love this chair! It's nicely padded and fits my tall husband great. The wheels roll easily and in our study it looks great. Update: May 2014 That was a great chair! We've had it for 3.5 years and it's still like new. Our kids have a hard time pulling it out (which is great) and it's super easy to wipe up when they inevitably spill juice and goldfish crackers on it.

I ordered this chair and it came in a badly damaged box. Even the wheels were sticking out of the holes in the box, which had just been covered with some duct tape. When I opened the box the product wasn't too damaged so I assembled it. However, the main part of the chair was missing - the one connecting the wheels to the seat itself. Tried to return/exchange. Got a new one in the mail, works great. Refunds for defective items were never made.

Very comfortable chair. I sit at my computer for hours every day and never have back pain like in my old chair. I'm about 5ft 6" tall and the lumbar support is in the perfect spot for me. I'm pretty heavy. Okay, more than "kinda". And the seat holds up very well. I had an imprint on the back after just a few days, so not the best pad, but ok. Especially considering the price. I've had this chair for about a month now and I think it's great. Assembly was easy, even with one hand. (I had a sprained arm/wrist.) I don't know why anyone had problems with the assembly. You just need to slowly tighten each bolt in turn, as you would mount a tire on your car. You can't try to screw one screw all the way in and think the rest will fit. The chair came in perfect condition with all the parts, assembly would have been easier with an extra pair of hands. The numbered instructions were easy to follow and the chair assembled quickly. All parts were in sealed plastic bags, except for the gas piston, which was in the box. Armrests on the right / left fix the backrest and seat and form a unit.
