Pivot ball is too soft and Google Home Max spins and wobbles when I touch it. I leaned it against something on my desk for stability. This is the second unit I've bought and I don't feel like returning it again. Don't buy this. It's not well done where it matters.

I really wanted to like this stand but the sound quality has suffered greatly. The Max Hub is designed to project sound forward. There was no sound in this rack. There's no bass and the overall sound was perfunctory. You had to hold the hub at the maximum possible angle to keep it from tipping over. Just not for me.

This stand really puts the instrument in a good viewing position, so glad I found it. The Nest Hub Max sat on my kitchen counter at a height where I had to tilt to get a good view of it, and now it sits high and at an angle that gets it right. Although I've only had it a day the quality seems good so far, no issues with it tipping over or moving.

The Wasserstein Google Max Hub Stand is a well-made product. I use my hub in the kitchen to keep myself busy cooking and washing dishes. It is well made and fits snugly into the base of the hub. The only complaint I have about the stand is that I need it bigger. I bought a stand to make the screen more visible. I got one of the Google Nest items for my girlfriend for Christmas and she was over the moon with it. She loves to cook and wanted a "station" to make her recipes and stuff. How this base is officially made for the Google Nest Hub Max when the cable falls out of the connector and the base is properly seated. I had to lift two tabs at the front of the base to hold it in place. Otherwise, the Google Nest Hub Max will fall out of the basic attachment method. This is a poor design as it is very awkward trying to insert the cable into the slot on the underside of the base. The base is weighted. This stand was a good idea, but only executed. The base of the Google Hub Max is secure and swivels and tilts easily, but that's where the compliments end. The stand does not offer sufficient resistance to movement. I was hoping for a nice solid stand that I could rotate on purpose if I wanted to but would otherwise stay in place.
