Stylish and Comfortable Home Office Upgrade

This furniture set is a game changer for anyone looking to elevate their home office. The midback design provides excellent support and comfort during long work sessions. The sleek and modern look fits perfectly in any home and kitchen setting... Through trial and error, I found that the assembly takes a bit of time and can be a bit tricky but it's well worth it in the end..

Excellent out of the box. Until the air cylinder started leaking after only sitting twice.

I was excited and ready to praise this chair, but I could hear the hiss of air as I listened sat at my desk. I thought it seemed to me. Lo and behold, when I lifted the seat, it didn't. It is clear that all the time flowed. How can I justify a purchase by keeping it if it doesn't serve its primary purpose, the ebb and flow? Very disappointed with the result. Edit October 25: Tried to contact support via email and phone but still no response.
