Excellent out of the box. Until the air cylinder started leaking after only sitting twice.
I was excited and ready to praise this chair, but I could hear the hiss of air as I listened sat at my desk. I thought it seemed to me. Lo and behold, when I lifted the seat, it didn't. It is clear that all the time flowed. How can I justify a purchase by keeping it if it doesn't serve its primary purpose, the ebb and flow? Very disappointed with the result. Edit October 25: Tried to contact support via email and phone but still no response.
