Sketchy packaging but great product.

I love this product! When it arrived it didn't have a security seal or a little label like most hair masks. I think this is mainly an Amazon issue and not an OGX issue. Packaging aside, I used it in the shower after washing my hair and left it on while I shaved and washed my face. I have very long very thick wavy/curly hair and it DEFINITELY moisturized my loose curls and made them look more defined. I will definitely buy them again but probably from Ulta where the quality control is a bitโ€ฆ

Not exactly what I needed.

I have dry, thin in texture, slightly curly and long hair. I bought this mask to complement my hair care routine. I use a light moisturizing shampoo and conditioner as needed. I used this mask to the end of the canister; However, I haven't had great results. My hair was very soft and smelled nice but was still frizzy and dry. For the second and third use, I left the mask on slightly damp hair for a full 30 minutes. Unfortunately I had the same results as the first use - soft, smelled nice butโ€ฆ

Amazing performance

I have a lot of very damaged hair - not from coloring or improper care, just that my hair is naturally quite dry and the ends break very easily. I didn't have high hopes for this product anyway, but since I'm in quarantine and can't cut my hair anytime soon, I decided to give it a try. I use it about once a week and I can tell the difference! It's no wonder, so the softness the mask creates is gone after about a day, but I'm just thrilled that I felt a difference at all!
