We purchased this product for our Home and Kitchen, but it turned out to be a waste of money. Based on our own experience, we found that it gets jammed quite often, making it difficult to use efficiently. The only pro we can think of is that it looks sleek in our kitchen. However, the cons outweigh the pros, and we definitely would not recommend this product to others.

Works great on ice chips but only about 3/4 stays in the included bowl. The rest goes to the side and lands on the cupboard/floor. Otherwise I like the car (the cherry flavored syrup I ordered helps too :).

Excellent overall. Minor gripes: the block of ice needs fixing at the end (flip and serve again) but not sure if a competitor's product will be any better; the combination of base and plate overflows quickly, and you have to rotate the plate manually during work, otherwise it will overflow or clog; it's a bit messy to dry (we solve that by letting the wet end hang over the sink for hours).
