may not be the best ingredient list but it works for me and doesn't cause saddle sores like some other "natural" creams. A little counts for a lot. On long trips, I first coat the chassis with Body Glide and then use that. I have yet to find a product or combination of products that works as well or even better.

thick long life: camping

This is pretty amazing stuff. I feel like I've tried about half a dozen suede creams and keep coming back to Assos. Recently there was a whirl and hell. After 20 miles of singletrack ripping on a pretty hot day, I never got to the point where I started to notice a little irritation, which is surprising because even with Assos I usually feel like it wears off towards the end of the trip . Low and still there even after a shower ha. This isn't a cream though, it's a thick ointment.

Great for long events

Almost the bomb. I used this for the Maah Daah Hey 100 - a 106-mile, one-day mountain bike race through the North Dakota badlands - on a bike with no suspension. One application before the start and my Tooshie was comfortable throughout the race. I even swam the river at the 50 mile mark without reapplying and this stuff just worked great. I also used it for a marathon and it worked. I am concerned that it is possible to add photos to the review of this product. I really hope nobody does.
