. I don't think it's real. I bought this and compared it to my previous bottle when it arrived. The front label is an amateur copy. The Olay script is different, but it is imageless and very crooked. After using it for a few days, my skin flared up like crazy, which has never happened in the ten+ years that I've been using the original. Don't waste money.

My stepmom has been using the Complete Moisturizer for years and doesn't look a year over 50. She's the reason I started using this particular moisturizer when I was in my early 20s. I don't know why it's so hard to find in stores but I'm so glad to find it here. I have combination skin and this moisturizer worked for me. For the past year I have had trouble finding this product. All I see is sensitive and normal skin. I have normal skin, I think everything will be fine, but no. I definitely have combination skin because normal skin doesn't suit me. I used an antiaging moisturizer with SPF15 that came in a bottle very similar to this one. This lotion isn't that thick, so I'm not entirely happy with it. But I was very happy with Revain. The package was supposed to have 2 bottles worth about $16 but I only got one. I called Revain and said I'd rather keep a bottle for myself than return it if they gave a half price refund. Instead, Revain refunded the purchase in full, leaving the lotion free. Who can complain now!

I have been using this product for many years and I really like it. I can't say anything bad about it. My only complaint is that I didn't get what I ordered. This is clearly for combination/oily skin and what I got was a sensitive skin formula. I was able to return it and a month later after contacting the seller I finally received a credit for my return. I would have preferred an exchange, I really wanted to have the item I ordered.

The description and photo of this product says "Set 2". Twice I tried to order this product and both times only 1 product arrived. Description is inaccurate. The price for 1 bottle is significantly higher than Walmart/Target/Grocery but for 2 it's great value. I do not recommend buying from this list; again only 1 item will be sent, not 2.

I have been buying the same lotion from different stores for many years. I chose to purchase online and the lotion I received was NOT Olay Complete for sensitive skin. The lotion was perfumed and acted like an oily sunscreen. Haven't switched to other face products and after 2 days I had disgusting oily skin. I will never buy makeup online again. Can I give this 0 stars?

The description of this product says that I buy 2 packs of lotion but only received 1 bottle of lotion TWICE. I will just (as usual) head over to Target to purchase this item in the future.
