🧺 Old Dutch Antique Copper Tangier Etched Canisters - Set of 4, Various Sizes Review

I was so happy to get this set! It's a very muted, unobtrusive brass. I love it. It has intricate carvings or engravings. The canisters are sealed, which is good. Quite tight at the beginning but still very good.

They are good but I sent them back for two reasons. First, the smallest container was too small to be useful. Second, they were very difficult to open and close. If I had flour in one, it would be dirty.

Bought these as a Christmas present and thought they looked very elegant in the photo. The product itself has a few scratches and is not the same color as the picture. It's a faded brown/grey and you can barely see the design. He comes again.

Item arrived on time, color matches picture. The large size is large enough for flour, the second largest for sugar. The third serves as a stand for dishes. I am satisfied with these three containers. However, the engraving is barely visible on the smallest tin, so I won't be using it on the counter.

My canisters were darker and tarnished than advertised but still looked like cooper. The largest is big enough for a small sack of flour, the second barely too small for a 5 pound sack of sugar. The third is large enough for a coffee bag and the smallest is suitable for tea bags. In general I am satisfied with them. I'm a little disappointed that they aren't as bright as advertised but they are still beautiful.

Well I'm so excited about this as we are renovating our kitchen. The gold color and design is nice but some of my canisters have a rough part on the outside like they have been rubbed or scratched. They are a lot smaller than I thought. I'm incredibly pissed that I put all my baking ingredients in containers (flour, sugar, brown sugar, and powdered sugar) and now my sugar is HARD because the seals on the containers are HORRIBLE.
