Old World Christmas Ornaments Firemans Review

I give each family member a piece of jewelry every Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my son. I wrote his name and the year on the bottom and he went to see the tree every day. I took a chance with the glass as it is 2 years old but it did a great job and just wanted to look at it. He loves fire engines and was so excited when he opened them!

Nice piece of jewelry but I only gave it 3 stars because it didn't arrive in an old world collector's box to keep (the other old world pieces that I have ordered from Amazon ) . Not only that, it came free in an Amazon box with a small piece of tissue paper and 2 air cushions that allowed him to move freely! It's a miracle he arrived safe and sound!

I purchased this piece this year to commemorate this year's fires. My husband is a firefighter and this year there was a big forest fire in our hometown. My husband also spent most of December away from the fires in Southern California. It's a cute decoration, the colors are bright. People notice it on the tree immediately when they visit our house this Christmas. Very happy with this beautiful piece!

I ordered this for my son who loves fire engines and because of the great reviews I've read about it. It's terrible. It looks beautiful from the outside, nothing I could let my 4 year old touch, but once you turn it forwards that's where disappointment comes from. It doesn't look like a fire truck. My husband is a firefighter and the only thing this piece gave me was a good laugh at how different it looked from a fire truck. If you need precision, don't bother ordering this. Our eldest son is a fire chief in the west. We like to honor him on our Christmas tree. When the old decoration broke I ordered from you and my wife and I was VERY pleased and surprised by the new decoration you sent. It's MUCH prettier than the original bought at what is probably the world's biggest holiday store, Bronners. Thank you for this beauty and quality. My 4 year old liked it. I think it's decent. The workmanship is just normal and borderline inferior. I think this style suits gingerbread houses best. It looks cheap for a truck.
