Description of Premium Rubber Tips for Hiking Sticks, Trekking Poles, and Walking Canes - Pack of 6, Compatible with Most Models

Durable -The replacement tip is made of solid sturdy rubber, with a metal washer in the base, keeps tips from wearing through and increases contact and spreads the pressure. Easy - slip on easily with a snug fit, remove simply with a twist. Universal - fits most brands of trekking, walking or hiking poles with 0.43-inch openings, i.e. Leki, Black Diamond, Guru, Mountainsmith, Hammer, REI, MBC, Field & Stream or “Unbreakable” walking-stick umbrella. Helpful - save the wear and quiet the noise, help balance and make walking easier for the senior or the disabled. Valuable - set of 6 stick tips are worthwhile addition to hiking poles, the extras last over time or gives a happy share with friends and other hikers.

Poor quality, unacceptably loud!

I made the mistake of buying a cheaper aftermarket product to replace my trekking tips only to find that they are made of a hard, plastic-like material and make noise. I reordered an OEM product and threw it away.

Works great with my Hi Tec reeds.

Perfect match for my Hi Tec poles. I like that it has metal inside so it should be more durable. I took a point off as they are a little shorter than I would like and while they fit well I wish they were a little tighter. Still a good deal and works great with my reeds.

SORRY BUT IT WAS NOT VERY FAST

These tips may not seem appropriate if you have to walk partially on sidewalks, including concrete surfaces. I've done less than ten miles of a mix (about 50-50) of willow and pavement and my new attachments didn't help. All were pierced at the bottom of the rack except for two that were still usable but on the verge of failure. Instead, I bought heavy guys. Unfortunately I can't recommend it based on my experience.
