If I could give zero stars, I would. This product has been damaged everywhere! Looks CHEAP! I paid $169 and now I have to go through hoops to get a refund! I have to wait for the return to be approved and then it takes weeks to get my money back! I don't know anyone else but I don't like throwing money away! Please don't! Unreal!

Completely dissatisfied with the configuration of this case. Due to an injury it took me several weeks to assemble it myself (i.e. no easy/simple assembly). The assembly resulted in either an impact or water damage to one of the fuselage's legs. It is not waterproof and will be damaged by spilled cat litter and will leak onto the floor below. It won't take long at all.

It was fun to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. It arrived in great shape, very sturdy and our big cat took to it straight away. I love the access I have to tidy it up and the kids do too so this might help. The wood is darker than in the photo but perfect. I'm attaching a picture of it to see the internal setup. We're going to trim the garbage collection rug to fit, but there will be very little left of it in a few days.

There are so many different sizes of screws 🤦 easy to mark but looking for so many different parts it's tedious and the parts don't always screw well. My order arrived damaged and the company refuses to ship a new item because they "don't have it" even though they called them to say they have it. They also don't give a damage discount so my only option is to return it through Revain. It's huge and heavy, and impossible to put back in the box. Great job with the guys from the company! 🤬

NOT HAPPY! After waiting for delivery for several weeks, the corners were damaged and the glue on the facade had dried out! 1 screw missing. Set up was easy but that's the only positive. Super disappointed! The screw hole in the door was not centered, hence the door rubs against the side panel when opening the left door. Note: I want to return it to replace the litter box and they want me to repackage it before taking it to UPS. Serious. Everything is damaged. Even a box. I don't have a return…

The instructions were very simple and everything was clearly marked. It was easy to assemble. It took me maybe an hour or an hour and a half alone (travelling with dogs). It has more space than I expected and seems to be quite durable. I have a nice basket for the cats and a bowl on top to feed them (so the dogs can't get to eat it). Let's see how well it holds up.
