The only issue I had with the light was finding the correct position to place the pin inside the small slot to find the actual switch. It took some time but I found how the "pin" contacts the switch and I was able to turn the light in the "on" position. A awesome set of led solar outdoor lights. The lights run on 2 removable 18650 batterys of good nature with somewhere around 1900mah of power. I removed and fully charded the batterys when I received the lights to ensure the solar panel could keep up the charge for a longer time in the winter months were having now with less light. While the light does offer some light at night, it might be better suited for a single entry door or a side garage door. Not quite big enough for the front of my shop/garage doorway.

I put this on my deck in the back yard. It's lasted through big snow and rain storms and works great does its job. So I bout another one for the other side and about to by a third for all 3 side of my back deck.

I bought this product for my back deck. I was mistaken thinking that it would receive direct sunlight. Well in the fall and winter it doesn't. There’s a reason why there is only a one year warranty On this. It is a very bright light but the bulbs start going out and each panel got less and less brighter overtime. Now there is only one small bulb in the inside of the LED panel that is actually working. This light was not put in water or outside to where it got rained on. The light arrived and the only items in the box were the light and the manual. Missing were the key pin, expansion pillar hinge, and 2" screws needed to mount the light. I was able to activate the light with a pin (after reading other questions on the trickiness of activating it) and tested in a dark room. Light appears to be bright when motion is detected. These solor lights are easy to be installed and picks up motion quickly to turn on. The brightness are very lit in dark areas. I brought the sets of four so far they are working properly and functional.

This is my 4th order. So far I got 5 of those and just ordered 2 more. Love the brightness and exceeded my expectations May be prone to rusting or degradation over time.

They so far work pretty well. They do a decent job adding light to where you dont have the ability to supply electricity for flood lights. These are out on my shed away from the house. They turn on when not charging and the default state is to have a few lit LEDs, especially in the middle like for path lighting. Once it detects motion it lights up fully. I have no complaints. It's nice. Very easy to install, but it doesn't put off much light. It's up on the eves of my house. If it was closer to the ground it might offer more light. It lights up a very small area. Even with the little movable lights they are to high for it to really light up the area. I like these solar light, I have other with a much larger lumens that light up the area nicely.
