I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I ordered this lens from Aliexpress on Sunday afternoon, received it on Monday afternoon. Very fast delivery. Thank you very much! ( 39165449)

    Pros
    • Branded workmanship OLYMPUS! Very small dimensions and weight. Strong macro magnification up to 1.3x. High resolution, uniform across the frame. Soft and calm bokeh, although the blur is not very strong. High quality of the resulting images in general. Wide, comfortable, responsive manual focus ring. Quiet and fairly fast autofocus. Filter thread diameter (46 mm)
    Cons
    • For the price that the online store "SVYAZNOY" offered me - they simply do not exist. Bought consciously, so there are no questions.

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

Different pros: Lightweight, compact. Sharp all over the field. The detail is just great. 30mm is quite a universal focal length. With its cons: I often use it as a universal fix, so sometimes there is not enough aperture. But this is certainly not a minus glass.

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Pros below: Ideal for macro photography, as it allows you to photograph a very small object large enough. We blur the background very well. Its cons: It can knock down the camera settings due to its magnification (the viewfinder displays everything greatly enlarged, but takes pictures normally)

It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

Everything is very good, you can also shoot full-length portraits in the studio, everything is very sharp))) Pros: Just a great lens! I’ve been shooting macro for a long time and I’ve had a 60 mm 2,8 for a long time, I understood that it’s simpler and therefore much cheaper, I took it to test it and sell it, but no, I won’t sell it. It’s very sharp, aperture 3,5 doesn’t interfere with macro in any way, you still have to close it harder, but its focusing distance is closer, the magnification is…

    Overall good, but expected more.

I shoot on the E-M10 Mark II the subject of the house and background textures on the street. For a home subject, this lens is redundant. A 14-42 kit lens is quite enough here. When I started shooting, the whale one with a pulsed flash pleasantly surprised me both in terms of sharpness and detail. Acquired later 30 mm 3.5 did not significantly improve the result. Disappointment came when shooting background textures on the street. Direct sunlight is contraindicated here, and our hero often lacks

    Pros
    • Big zoom (but that's the way it should be)
    Cons
    • Insufficient aperture

Nice lens but --- for camera and photography

This is a good sharp lens that matches my 60mm macro lens. However, I'm giving 4 stars because I don't think it's a good lens for photographing bugs, especially small ones. You'll need to get your lens close enough to most of the bugs to make them fly away before you can focus and click the shutter. This would be fine for larger insects like bees and for use with a tripod indoors with trapped bugs. I think I'll save it and use it like that.

    • This is amazing

    • Nothing here

Couldn't be happier. Very fast focus

I took a chance with this lens because I have a 60mm macro lens. I also have a 35 macro lens for my 620 DLSR. I use this lens on either my OM-D E-M1 or EM-5. Couldn't be happier. Very fast focusing, light weight, good bokeh. The price is right too. I've been an Olympus user for years starting at 3030 and working my way up.

Small sharp lens good for photography and photography

I bought this lens to use on my Panasonic GX85 to copy some old 35mm slides. So far it has worked flawlessly. Since neither this lens nor my camera has image stabilization, I have to use a bright light source to avoid motion blur. For outdoor use (for normal shooting, not just copying 35mm slides) it works well. It has a very small focus range, which can be problematic when shooting portraits. Overall I like this lens.

    Pros
    • Great selection
    Cons
    • Unbelievable price

Small, light, sharp, high macro magnification (1.25x in micro 4/3 format). Slow speed isn't a problem for macros if you need to stop anyway. WARNING: At maximum zoom, the working distance from the front of the lens is just over half an inch, causing lighting issues (I deducted a star for that). Because the lens can slightly obscure the subject, the light needs to come from the side. In addition, anxious subjects may flee. That's not a problem for me, but if it bothers you, a longer macro (like…

A great macro lens that is also very good value for money

I bought this lens for a recently purchased Olympus Pen FI. I will have a review of the Pen F soon. A macro lens is a must here in President country. It all started with the Micro-Nikkor 55mm f3.5 some 40 years ago. About 12 years ago I bought a Tamron 90mm f2.8. Both very satisfactory. In my opinion, the Olympus 30mm f3.5 macro lens is of equal rank. Sharpness, contrast and color are first class. The auto focus is fast. The best part is that this lens can get really close. Happy with this lens

Given the relatively low cost of the lens, I've argued about this for a long time. Every time I added it to my shopping cart online, I hesitated and removed it. I've always been interested in macro photography and enjoy looking at macro photography, but oddly enough, I've never really been drawn to macro photography. When the price dropped due to a sell out, I decided to give it a try. Assembly / Feels well made despite the plastic, feels good in the hand. It is very light and small, so you can
