Ideal to wear!

I took my large 17 year old Red Eared Slider on a 4 day cross country trip and it worked great. Super quick and easy to clean. Breathable and she was safe. I filled it with water about 1/2 inch so it was hydrated and I could dip my face in the water.

Not bad, the price should be lower.

Pretty strong but a bit overpriced. Suitable for a temporary mouse drawer between cleanings, but the holes are big enough for a mouse to put its teeth in. Suitable for slightly larger rodents. Also suitable for small tarantulas and snakes, but even more suitable for temporary installations. Suitable for crickets, but the hinged lid takes up more than a quarter of the top, so some crickets may slip away.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

Well made product though.

My only complaint is that the holes on the sides are definitely too big. I use it as a temporary container for the little newts and had to cover the holes with mesh to keep them from escaping. I would strongly recommend the manufacturer make holes that are a quarter of their current size to make these containers more suitable for the insects and critters that people are most likely initially trying to house.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not trendy

Rather a small size.

I like the quality of the box and the lining of the holes. My only concern is that this shouldn't sell that big. It's rather small. Petsmart has twice the size pet holders for only $16. I almost agreed, but I liked the style of holding roaches more. I spoke about returning as my bearded dragon wouldn't even have room to turn around when I tried to feed her. I wouldn't consider it big and I'm a bit disappointed with the price. If you are looking for something for your bearded or large lizard to…

A good solution for reptile transport and temporary isolation.

I have ordered two large containers as quarantine tanks for new snakes I plan to buy at the show. (They fit small snakes that fit in deli-cup containers.) Each comes with a complimentary plate of water. One of them arrived with a tear, but the tear was small and in a place that in no way threatened the animal inside. These aren't the most durable containers, but I think it's obvious since they're made of plastic. However, it is rather hard plastic. I plan to spray them with Provent-a-Mite…

  • There are other interesting options.

The size is surprisingly small. Read the measurements.

I can't believe how small this container is, I know it's my fault for not reading the description and actually getting a ruler to measure but it's incredibly small for $13 which I paid for and also made out of plastic so thin it feels so thin I could go to a dollar store and buy it and punch holes in it myself. It was a disappointment but that's it, I'll see how many cockroaches I can accommodate. - Update - Well I've had this container for a few months now and I really like it for my little…

STRONG and very useful for small snakes!

Very strong and well made. The perfect size for our baby ball pythons. Everything else I found was undersized, poorly made, not well vented etc. They will hold them up fine until they are big enough for 20 gallon long tanks. These two baby ball pythons are masters of escape (so they're in those 20-gallon containers, hahaha), but they've yet to escape them. The included water plate is fine as long as you keep the height in mind, and even fits securely in a corner with the help of little feet. I…
