If like me you find that the bearing is worn and can't be removed then this is a replacement. The Mopar belt tensioner is criminally overpriced. To be honest, a $10 bearing makes every Pentistar 3.6 owner want to replace it. This works fine. The metal is a little soft, so it gives a little if you put some effort in putting the strap on. Do not exaggerate. Will work great for keeping tension on the strap.
